Terms and Conditions

The purchase of any product, session, materials, or classes/courses provided by Angelic Sacred Healing, LLC ("the Company") is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Agreement: This Agreement between you ("Client"), and Angelic Sacred Healing, LLC ("the Company") describes the terms and conditions of the relationship between Client and the Company. There are no other understandings or agreements not written herein.
Obligations of Angelic Sacred Healing, LLC: Angelic Sacred Healing, LLC agrees to offer spiritual energy healing, coaching, teaching, information, experience, and/or entertainment, as well as such other spiritual and bioenergetic wellness practices, to Client to support Client’s healing journey and/or to help Client learn ways to improve their life holistically ("The Work") and/or to educate Client regarding teachings from spiritual and energy traditions or modalities ("The Teachings").

Angelic Sacred Healing, LLC makes no medical claims, nor assumes any responsibility for any medical conditions. The Company does not offer medical or psychological advice of any kind. The Client acknowledges that they have freely chosen to engage in the services provided by the Company, understanding that the Company does not treat or diagnose any disease or condition.

The Company will provide materials, consultations, and services, at its sole discretion, that are intended to support the Client's well-being. These materials and consultations may take the form of group events, private sessions, courses, recorded meditations, handouts, and other educational tools. By booking a session or purchasing any service or product from Angelic Sacred Healing, LLC, Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions and gives informed consent to participate in the services provided.

Angelic Sacred Healing, LLC does not guarantee any specific result or outcome and makes no claim to predict future events.
Accuracy and Third-Party Content: Angelic Sacred Healing, LLC may occasionally rely on third parties for translations, content, or video/webinar production. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of any third-party materials provided as part of services or courses.
Obligations of Client: Client agrees to pay the fee specified prior to receiving any services, sessions, or products. Client also agrees to fully engage in the Work or Teachings provided and acknowledges that any results are contingent upon their own efforts. The Company does not guarantee any specific outcome from the services provided.

Client understands that the information, advice, and services offered are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. Client agrees to consult with a licensed healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness or energy practices. Client agrees to refrain from alcohol or non-prescription drugs for 8 hours prior to any session.
Additional Work: If, at the request of the Client, further work is deemed beneficial for Client’s growth, additional services or sessions may be offered, subject to additional fees.
Refunds: Due to the proprietary nature of the materials and the personal effort required by the Client to achieve results, no refunds will be granted except in the following cases:
- If a private consultation is canceled by the Client 72 hours or more before the scheduled session.
- If a course or event is canceled by the Client 72 hours or more before the registration deadline.
For in-person events or retreats, the cancellation policy specific to those events will apply.
Non-Disclosure Agreement: Client agrees that all materials provided by Angelic Sacred Healing, LLC are proprietary and shall be used only for the Client’s personal development. Client is prohibited from sharing, publishing, or distributing these materials without written consent from the Company.
Confidentiality: Angelic Sacred Healing, LLC agrees to maintain the confidentiality of Client’s personal information, except where disclosure is required by law or with express permission from the Client. Recorded events or group sessions may be shared with participants but will be available only temporarily (not exceeding 360 days).
Indemnification and Hold Harmless: Client accepts full responsibility for their participation in any sessions, courses, or products offered by Angelic Sacred Healing, LLC. Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its agents, and representatives from any claims arising from their use of the services.
Claims and Jurisdiction: Any legal claims brought by the Client must be filed in Dallas County, Texas. The maximum amount of recovery that can be claimed by the Client is limited to the amount paid for the most recent service, session, or product.
Waiver of Jury Trial: The parties waive the right to a trial by jury for any claims related to the services provided by Angelic Sacred Healing, LLC.
Termination: Angelic Sacred Healing, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate Client's access to its services, courses, or products at any time, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms.
Modifications: Angelic Sacred Healing, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as confidentiality, indemnity, and limitations of liability, will remain in effect.
